I’m Lauren “Wozzy”

I am a dedicated forever student of Traditional Hatha Yoga. This path is the blueprint to live a life of beauty, alignment, empowerment and freedom. I am honoured to share these teachings with you.
I created Janglin Movement to provide a space that nurtures the intersectionality of mental health and yoga. On my own journey with mental health, I’ve leaned on daily yoga practice and found it is the ultimate medicine to return to a state of peace. I am passionate about returning the power to the individual on their quest for peace, so that you can become your central healer.
Working together 1:1 we will create a safe container to explore the healing power of pranayama, movement and connection to source. We can tread lightly or dive deep depending on your current window of tolerance.
